"I was hesitant to change auto insurance since I have been with the previous one for years… but they keep raising my premium every year and it was too much that I decided to try statefarm and I must say, it was a huge weight being lifted off my chest. Best decision ever! They call you back within an hour you left a voicemail. They are so nice and knowledgeable and open to all the questions I have, and I mean I have questions listed before ai called and they all answered without rushing."

"If I could give Nancy six stars, I would need Google to invent a sixth one just for her. Let me take a moment—a long and utterly deserved moment—to sing the highest praises of this extraordinary woman, who, in the ever-confounding world of insurance policies, emerged like a lighthouse cutting through the dense fog of jargon, paperwork, and hold music. From the very first moment our paths crossed—digitally speaking—Nancy exuded the sort of calm, competent energy that makes you feel like everything is going to be okay, even when your brain is spiraling through deductibles, premiums, riders, and exclusions like it’s a game of bureaucratic Twister. It all began with a simple question—one I thought would result in a headache and possibly the slow erosion of my will to live. Instead, I was met with Nancy’s voice, warm and clear as a spring morning, telling me she was here to help. And help, she did. Nancy didn’t just assist me—no, no, that would be far too tame a term. She orchestrated a complete unraveling of the tangled mess my previous policy had become, like a virtuoso conductor leading a symphony of sanity, patience, and insurance literacy. She explained things not once, not twice, but however many times I needed to hear them until I could nod along confidently, understanding every clause and condition like I’d been working at State Farm myself for the past 30 years. She was patient but never patronizing. In fact, she had that rare gift of translating complex information into plain English without making you feel like a child asking what taxes are. She answered every one of my million questions with grace, detail, and even a few well-placed jokes that reminded me that, yes, insurance can have a sense of humor—at least when Nancy’s involved. And let me tell you, the speed! I’ve waited longer for coffee than it took Nancy to find the right documents, email me a revised plan, break down coverage options, and walk me through the fine print. She navigated systems, flagged inconsistencies, and ensured every “i” was dotted, every “t” crossed, and every loophole closed tighter than the lid on a jar of pickles your grandmother sealed in 1974. Perhaps what impressed me most was Nancy’s genuine care. She didn’t just want me to have a policy—she wanted me to have the right policy. She asked about my circumstances, remembered details from previous conversations, and followed up with the kind of personalized attention you thought went extinct somewhere around the time rotary phones did. In short: Nancy is a national treasure, the Florence Nightingale of insurance, the Sherlock Holmes of policy problems, and possibly the best thing to happen to my adult responsibilities since automatic bill pay. Do yourself a favor—if you’re navigating the labyrinth that is insurance, bring Nancy along as your guide. You’ll emerge not only protected but also oddly uplifted by the experience. Thank you, Nancy. The world is better—and far more covered—because of you."
